Why I don't reply to every email:
I run this site purely as a hobby alongside my full-time job. I used to try to help everyone, but with thousands of users, it's just no longer possible timewise (I also have to make music and sleep).
Before you write: Please take a look at the FAQ. I've already answered 99% of all questions there ("Am I allowed to use this?", "How do I download?").
Just want to say "Thank you" or give feedback? Write in my guestbook! I will definitely read it (and it makes me happy).
Want to get rid of money?
Music is my hobby, not a business model. If you want to show your appreciation: Please donate to a charitable organization of your choice (animal shelter, children's hospice, the homeless, people with disabilities...). That does more good.
