Hned na začátku se "Polar Christmas" prezentuje jako vysoce propracovaný a evokující kousek, dokonale se hodící do náročného světa hudby pro produkci. Začíná pocitem tichého očekávání, vedeným jemným, tázavým klavírním motivem zahaleným do prostorných atmosférických ploch. Nejde jen o hudbu na pozadí; je to tvůrce scény. Okamžitě si představíte, jak podkresluje tichou, sněhem pokrytou krajinu ve filmu, úvodní okamžiky prestižní vánoční reklamy, nebo možná nastavuje zamyšlenou náladu v intru narativního podcastu.
