Initially, these changes weren't loud like a storm, but creeping and quiet (e.g., snow in April).

"The quiet" represents the subtle signs of nature that we, as a society, noticed but did not take seriously. We discussed "years and numbers" instead of listening to the quiet but pressing reality.

2. The quiet as collective silence (repression)
